To install Creative Cloud apps on a new computer, follow these steps:

Double-click the downloaded file to launch the installer.

On macOS: The name of the downloaded file is Creative_Cloud_Installer.dmg.

On Windows: The name of the downloaded file is Creative_Cloud_Set-Up.exe.

Once the installer window opens, sign in to your Adobe account.

You can activate (sign in) your Creative Cloud individual subscription on up to two computers at a time. If you are already signed in to two other computers, you are prompted to sign out from any one of them.

The installation begins. Once installed, your Creative Cloud desktop app launches automatically.

You can now use Creative Cloud apps on the new computer.

Note:

You can install new apps directly from Creative Cloud desktop app. To install new apps, click Install for the apps you want to download.

You can install and activate Elements products on two computers at a time. If you have access to your old computer, deactivate the app by choosing Help > Deactivate or Help > Sign-Out to remove activation from the old computer. If you don't have access to your old computer, contact us.
